A brutal robbery took place at a Dixie Queen restaurant in Memphis where a customer was beaten and robbed in the drive-thru on March 1. The incident involved two suspects, a man and a woman, who approached the victim’s car, demanded money at gunpoint, and proceeded to beat the victim before fleeing the scene in a white sedan. The male suspect was described as being in his early to mid-20s, of average build and light complexion, wearing a black ski mask and wielding a black handgun. The female suspect was also in her early to mid-20s, of average build, and light complexion, wearing a hair bonnet and white athletic pants with a blue stripe, and had a tattoo on her lower right leg.
The investigation is ongoing and no arrests have been made so far. Police are urging anyone with information about the incident to come forward by contacting Crime Stoppers at 528-CASH.
