Necheles attempted to discredit Daniels by questioning her $130,000 nondisclosure agreement and poking holes in her statements about her alleged sexual encounter with Trump. Despite Necheles’ efforts, Daniels stood her ground, asserting that the encounter was real and not a fabricated story like the ones she has directed in her adult films.
The cross-examination further delved into minor inconsistencies in Daniels’ stories and past statements, including her denial of asking Trump for money and her involvement in a strip club tour named “Make America Horny Again.” Necheles also tried to paint Daniels as unstable due to her alleged belief in the paranormal and her response to social media attacks.
