Bella Kraft, a Bismarck native, has returned to her hometown after graduating from St. Cloud State University with a degree in Mass Communications and journalism. She discovered her passion for journalism while writing for her high school news magazine, Bismarck Hi Herald.
Kraft is thrilled to be working as a journalist at KFYR-TV, where she hopes to continue learning new things every day and sharing stories with the community. In addition to her love for journalism, Kraft also competes in cross country and track and field, and enjoys outdoor activities like kayaking, hiking, and biking in her free time.
Being back in Bismarck, Kraft is excited to meet new people in the community and share their stories. Her parents are supportive of her decision to return home, even if it means she’ll have to do the dishes. Kraft’s passion for journalism and her desire to connect with others within the community make her a valuable asset to the local news team.
