The 2024 NCAA DI softball tournament bracket was announced on Sunday, May 12 in an ESPN2 selection show, with regional action running from May 17-19 and super regionals from May 23-26. The tournament will culminate with the Women’s College World Series starting on May 30 in Oklahoma City. The 2023 finals saw Oklahoma sweep Florida State for their third-straight national championship.
The tournament features 16 sites for the regionals, followed by super regionals and the WCWS. The championship works with regionals being double-elimination, super regionals featuring best-out-of-three series, and the WCWS in a double-elimination format. The final two teams will play a best-of-three series for the national championship.
Tickets for the Women’s College World Series can be purchased online, with it being held at Devon Park in Oklahoma City. Future dates for the championship have also been released, with established history dating back to 1982.
