Cheese Lab, a new gourmet grilled cheese concept, has opened at Assembly Food Hall in downtown Nashville. The menu features a variety of mouthwatering melts, savory sides, and irresistible sweets, including options like the American Classic, Brie and Fig, Buffalo Chicken, and Salsa Fresca & Artichoke for vegans. The concept comes from Nashville-based restaurateur and entrepreneur, Youssef Koutout, who has over 15 years of experience in managing and creating successful food and beverage concepts. Cheese Lab is located in the North Hall between Whisk Crêpes Café and the 501 Commerce building entrance at Assembly Food Hall.
