Frontier Airlines has unveiled three new ticket tiers to simplify its fare offerings. The airline is also allowing passengers to cancel or change tickets without extra fees, bringing back its customer service phone line, and offering a low price guarantee. The new ticket tiers include Economy, Premium, and Business bundles that include various amenities and services in the bundled price. All passengers, except those purchasing Basic tickets, can change or cancel their tickets without additional fees and flight credits will be valid for 12 months. Frontier is also reinstating its customer service phone line for travelers within 24 hours of their flight and elite frequent flyer members. Additionally, the airline is offering a low price guarantee that awards passengers 2,500 frequent flyer miles if they find a lower price for a comparable flight on another airline. Frontiers CEO, Barry Biffle, stated that the airline is committed to offering transparent prices, no change fees, and good customer service. The changes aim to improve the overall travel experience for Frontier passengers and provide more flexibility and value.
