On April 25th, Vincent Zepeda accidentally got into the wrong car in Montana, thinking it was his own. He only realized his mistake when he saw an unfamiliar dog in the back seat salivating over a pizza he had brought with him. Zepeda recorded the incident in a video where he explained his confusion and joked about the situation. The bad weather that day, with freezing rain and snow, contributed to his mistake as he ran to the car with a pizza box over his head to stay dry. Zepeda, who owns a silver Labrador named Panda that often rides in his Honda CR-V, thought he had loaded his dog in the back of the wrong car. However, he quickly noticed his own key fob in the center console, which explained everything. The two Honda CR-Vs in the video looked identical, with the only difference being a cargo carrier on the roof that Zepeda did not initially notice. He did not find the owner of the other car and decided not to go back to the bar to ask around. Zepeda recorded the incident mainly to teach his children not to leave their key fobs in their vehicles to prevent similar mix-ups. He emphasized that it was an innocent mistake and not a case of car theft or dog kidnapping. Ultimately, Zepeda laughed off the incident with a friend in the video and walked away, acknowledging that everyone has moments of confusion.
