President Joe Biden is confident in his chances of reelection, but the polls tell a different story. Former President Donald Trump is ahead in most surveys, including swing states. Despite his optimistic words, Biden’s recent actions indicate panic, including releasing gasoline from an emergency reserve to lower prices before the election and announcing student loan cancellation. Biden’s preoccupation with debt relief and giveaways is contributing to inflation, which is a top concern for voters. Additionally, voters trust Trump more than Biden on the economy and inflation. Biden’s tariffs are expected to worsen the high prices consumers are already facing. His public approval rating has fallen to its lowest level in two years, indicating that voters are unhappy with his performance. The election has become a referendum on Biden’s presidency, and voters are not impressed. Trying to buy votes with last-minute bribes will not make up for his failed policies. Americans are smarter than that, and it’s offensive that Biden believes otherwise.
