Get ready for the opening of High Tee indoor country club in Germantown: A sneak peek at what’s in store

Memphis resident Ethan Lee, a PGA golf pro, is set to open High Tee, a unique simulator country club in Germantown on June 1. The 9,000-square-foot space will offer affordable golf experiences with five high-end simulators. Lee aims to fill a void in the market for young people looking to play golf at a club without breaking the bank.

High Tee will offer amenities like club fitting, golf lessons, local beverages, food from Memphis restaurants, and spa amenities. In addition to indoor pickleball and shuffleboard courts, the simulators will provide an immersive experience with cutting-edge technology. Lee also plans to cater to high-profile clientele and has worked with Memphis Grizzlies players, business leaders, and coach Penny Hardaway.

Originally from California, Lee felt the Memphis golf scene was underserved upon returning to the city. He wanted to create a space where people from all walks of life could come together to enjoy golf. With the support of River City Capital, Lee secured a lease at The Standard Germantown development for High Tee, located conveniently near his home. He hopes to create a welcoming environment that is inclusive to everyone in the community, regardless of background or location.

High Tee will offer various pricing options, starting at $40 per hour for individuals and monthly memberships from $150. Lee’s goal is to provide a place where all Memphians can come together to enjoy golf in a unique and affordable setting, different from traditional country clubs.
