While peaches are a nutritious option, registered dietitian Miranda Galati emphasizes that the healthiest food choices vary depending on individual factors such as budget, culture, and health goals. She recommends incorporating a variety of fruits into your diet, such as wild blueberries, apples, oranges, grapefruit, strawberries, pineapple, papaya, plums, and kiwi.
