They are also looking to avoid losing in super regionals as the No. 1 overall seed for the second time in three years. The Vols have shown strong offensive performances in the series, with three solo home runs by Dalton Bargo, Christian Moore, and Dean Curley.
The game was initially delayed due to lightning, pushing the start time to 7:06 p.m. ET. The match will be broadcast on ESPNU. Fans can also purchase tickets to watch the game at Lindsey Nelson Stadium in Knoxville.
