Prince Andrew urged to testify under oath about Jeffrey Epstein abuse scandal

Several of Jeffrey Epstein’s victims are calling for Prince Andrew to testify under oath about his involvement in the abuse scandal. Attorney Spencer Kuvin believes that the Duke of York should face the threat of prison if he lies, in order to hold him accountable for his actions. Recent documents made public by a US court mention Andrew multiple times, including claims that he stayed at Epstein’s mansion for extended periods of time and received daily massages. The testimony of other individuals, including Epstein’s housekeeper and a victim, further implicates the prince in the scandal.

The calls for Andrew to testify come after he settled a case with Virginia Giuffre, who accused him of sexual assault when she was 17. Despite denying all claims of wrongdoing, the prince’s conduct and relationship with Epstein are once again under scrutiny. Kuvin, who represents multiple Epstein victims, believes it is time for Andrew to give his account under oath to set the record straight.

Meanwhile, the Metropolitan Police have been urged to investigate the resurfaced claims against Andrew, although no investigation has been opened yet. Buckingham Palace has not commented on the matter. As pressure mounts for the prince to address his role in the scandal, he may be forced to publicly confront the allegations in a legal setting.
