Ludlow & Prime, a popular restaurant in Brentwood, has expanded to Franklin’s Berry Farms community with their second location. The new restaurant, located at 6001 Hughes Crossing, Franklin, offers modern American cuisine, steak, and seafood. Ludlow & Prime is known for its use of fresh seafood, prime steaks, and locally sourced produce.
The restaurant recently announced the opening of their Berry Farms location on social media, thanking the MTLC Building Group for their dedication and professionalism in helping to create the perfect space for Ludlow & Prime. The hours of operation for the new location are Monday through Thursday, 11 am to 10 pm, and Friday through Saturday, 11 am to 11 pm. Happy Hour is offered Monday through Friday, 2:30 pm to 6 pm, and Saturday, 1 pm to 5 pm.
Owner Tim Kohler expressed excitement about the new location, stating, “Berry Farms is a unique experience for the area. They have mastered development and structured the community to keep business flowing. We’re excited to continue to create memories through food in a new neighborhood.”
Ludlow & Prime’s Brentwood location, which has been a staple in the community since 2016, is located at 330 Franklin Rd Suite 226B, Brentwood (in the Brentwood Place Shopping Center).
