A former employee of MrBeast claims that he knowingly hired a registered sex offender

YouTube star MrBeast is facing accusations of knowingly hiring a registered sex offender by a former employee. The employee, who goes by the name DogPack404 on YouTube, had previously accused MrBeast of hosting illegal lotteries for false online engagement. The employee has now released a video where another former employee named Jake Weddle claims that MrBeast, whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson, knowingly hired a registered sex offender during his tenure.

Weddle revealed that MrBeast was aware of the person’s history and tried to cover up the fact that he worked there by putting him in masks on camera. The individual, referred to internally as “Delaware,” is no longer employed by MrBeast. However, another former employee named Jake Franklin, who is known online as Jake the Viking, clarified that Delaware was his brother-in-law who is a registered sex offender facing charges that are set to be dropped later this year.

MrBeast’s spokesperson referred to an internal memo outlining the company’s plans to create a safe work environment by introducing new leadership roles. This allegation comes amidst other controversies, including MrBeast’s longtime employee Ava Kris Tyson quitting the channel after being accused of sending inappropriate messages to a minor. MrBeast has hired a third party to investigate these allegations.

In response to the allegations, MrBeast expressed understanding of public concern but believes that Delaware did nothing wrong. The company is focused on ensuring a safe work environment for all employees.
