The concept for the restaurant comes from Carolin Messier, who is the founder and creative director of L.A.-based design studio, Atelier de Yavorsky. Messier has worked on several high-profile projects in the hospitality industry and is excited to bring her expertise to this new endeavor.
The restaurant’s menu will feature a mix of traditional Japanese dishes and modern, innovative creations. Executive chef Tatsuya Kawahara, who previously worked at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Tokyo, will oversee the kitchen and bring his expertise to the table. Diners can expect high-quality ingredients, expertly crafted dishes, and an unforgettable dining experience.
