New Japanese Restaurant Coming to SoBro’s JW Marriott in Nashville

Bro’s JW Marriott in Nashville is gearing up to welcome a new Japanese restaurant to its lineup. The restaurant, yet to be named, will be located on the ground level of the hotel and is set to open in December.

The concept for the restaurant comes from Carolin Messier, who is the founder and creative director of L.A.-based design studio, Atelier de Yavorsky. Messier has worked on several high-profile projects in the hospitality industry and is excited to bring her expertise to this new endeavor.

The restaurant’s menu will feature a mix of traditional Japanese dishes and modern, innovative creations. Executive chef Tatsuya Kawahara, who previously worked at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Tokyo, will oversee the kitchen and bring his expertise to the table. Diners can expect high-quality ingredients, expertly crafted dishes, and an unforgettable dining experience.

In addition to the restaurant, there will also be a dedicated sake bar serving a selection of premium sake and Japanese-inspired cocktails. Guests can enjoy a drink before or after their meal, or simply relax and enjoy the ambiance of the bar.

The JW Marriott in SoBro is known for its luxurious accommodations and top-notch dining options, and the addition of this new Japanese restaurant is sure to further enhance the hotel’s reputation as a premier destination in Nashville. Stay tuned for more details as the opening date approaches, and get ready to experience a taste of Japan right in the heart of Music City.
