Fisher-Price has issued a recall of 2 million baby swings due to a potential suffocation risk following reports of five infant deaths. The recall affects the 4-in-1 Rock ‘n Glide Soothers and 2-in-1 Soothe ‘n Play Gliders that were sold from November 2014 through December 2020. The recalled baby swings were sold at major retailers such as Walmart, Target, and Amazon both in stores and online. Fisher-Price is advising consumers to check the product’s model number and manufacturing date code, which can be found on the underside of the base. The affected models should be disposed of in a manner that prevents further use.
