HGTV star Christina Hall is putting her $4.5 million Tennessee farmhouse on the market as she goes through a divorce from her husband Josh Hall. The couple, who separated in July, had been living in the Leiper’s Fork property before Josh moved out. Christina had purchased the property in February 2021 and had announced plans to star in a new HGTV spinoff called Christina in the Country, which would feature the farmhouse as the setting.
The 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom, 5,000 sq. ft. home sits on 23 acres of land and includes a pool, hot tub, three-car garage, and a barn, among other amenities. Christina shared that she fell in love with the area after visiting a friend and was drawn to the expansive land reminiscent of her childhood memories spent on her grandparents’ farm.
The decision to sell the farmhouse comes after Josh had changed his location to Leiper’s Fork on social media, prompting questions about his living situation. Christina had been given the Newport Beach mansion in California as her primary residence in the divorce agreement, while Josh was staying at the Tennessee property.
The divorce filings cited “irreconcilable differences,” with Josh requesting spousal support, which Christina countered by asking that neither spouse be allowed to request support. The couple had been married for nearly three years and had accumulated multiple real estate properties throughout their marriage.
