The University of Tennessee at Martin baseball team put up a tough fight against No. 11 Vanderbilt, ultimately falling 5-4 in the bottom of the ninth inning. Offensively, Jalen Fithian led the Skyhawks with two hits, while Andrew Fernandez, Mac Danford, Garner Anderson, and Zac Rice drove in runs. Despite the loss, UT Martin showed resilience and fought back to tie the game in the late innings.
