The City of Athens has reported power outages in western Limestone County, as well as possible structure fires caused by power lines. ALEA has stated that fallen trees are blocking multiple roads in Limestone and Madison Counties. The City of Madison has also reported trees blocking roadways in the northern part of the city, with Public Works working to clear the roads.
In Lauderdale County, over 200 customers are without power in Rogersville, while Jackson County has nearly 900 customers without power. Residents are urged to stay safe and submit photos of storm damage to WAFF.
