The Fourth annual Rhinestone Festival, formerly known as Dolly Fest, will take place in Knoxville’s Old City neighborhood on June 7th. The festival will feature live music, Dolly Parton impersonators, art shows, a Dolly costume contest, and a Rhinestone Market showcasing local and regional artists. Local restaurants and businesses will also participate by hosting special shows and selling Dolly-themed food and drinks.
The event is free and family-friendly, with proceeds going to Dogwood Arts’ “Art Kits for Kids” program and the Historic Old City Association. The festival is not officially affiliated with Dolly Parton or Dollywood.
