The Louie Bluie Music & Arts Festival is set to return in 2024 with an exciting lineup that includes both returning favorites and new acts. Headlining this year’s festival is the M.S.G. Acoustic Blues Trio, known for their traditional blues style influenced by iconic artists. Other performers include James (Sparky) and Rhonda Rucker, the Sequatchie River Band, Mal Nombre, Taylor Scott, and Andy Cohen. The festival will also feature the return of the jam tent led by Tony Branam, as well as the Traditional Arts Apprenticeships Program and the Old Fiddlers Tribute.
Attendees can also look forward to the Arts & Crafts Village, NATURE-ing activities for families and children, diverse food offerings, student art displays, and quilt judging. The festival is currently seeking artisans, food vendors, and volunteers to participate in the event, which will take place at Cove Lake State Park in Caryville.
